Hi, using the KO table created in Tax4Fun2 ( MDP module) , in the SDP module (all Microbiomeanalyst ) - is it possible to limit the number of pathways in the heatmap (clustering analysis) to for example the 30 top pathways? Also, is it possible to chose which level KO pathways to show in diversity overview (functional profiling) or in the heatmap? would be great if also possible to “zoom in” on a pathway to show a lower level.
