How to interpret potential scores in taxa-metabolite network?

Potential scores describe the probability of a given taxon to produce a given metabolite estimated by Bayesian logistic regression based on >6000 high-quality genome-scale metabolic models (GEM). A potential score over 0.5 indicates the taxon is more likely to produce the given metabolite and the increasing score value means the greater production possibility. Potential score is suitable for the comparison of differentiated metabolic functions among different taxa. For more technical details, please refer to (Yao Lu, et al.).
