Command line can be downloaded for local installation at the “Installation” tab on www.seq2fun.ca.

Web server can also be accessed through our EcoOmicsAnalyst web server www.ecoomicsanalyst.ca.

Docker the EcoOmicsAnalyst can be installed locally as Docker image
