I’m trying to figure out if the t-tests are corrected for multiple comparisons when creating heatmaps with hierarchical clustering. Can’t seem to find anything in the documentation. Does anyone know?

The t-tests (or ANOVA for multi-group) are used to generate a ranked feature list (based on raw p values) for selecting top # features in heatmap display. The multiple testing corrections are not quite relevant here as you can see different ranking methods are offered
