My data does not consider biological duplication,each sample is an independent group.
Do you mean there must be at least two samples in each group?

Yeah. Our tool is designed to help user to better interpret their data through statistical analysis. Biological replications are essential for any robust conclusions. In most cases, it’s hard to tell significance with very few samples.
