Yes, the Biomarker Model allows users to predict new samples (unlabeled samples).
To do this, you need to combine both labeled and unlabeled samples into a single data table. Upload the table to the Biomarker Module so that these samples will be processed together. At the ‘ROC Analysis Option’ page, make sure you select the Tester track (see below)
MetaboAnalyst will create model (using the labeled data) to predict unlabeled data.
